1. Service
Truefarm Market connects you with fresh produce fulfilled by Truefarm-operated outlets in the Philippines. Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout.
2. Orders & payment
You may pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD) where offered. Bank transfer orders stay in “awaiting payment” until we confirm your deposit. COD is collected in full when your order is delivered.
3. Delivery & pickup
Delivery areas are limited to cities we serve at checkout. Pickup orders must be collected within the pickup window shown in your order confirmation.
4. Cancellations
You may contact us before your order is prepared to request cancellation. Refunds for eligible bank transfer orders follow our return policy.
